SMS / Text Messaging Policy

This SMS Policy describes how Intranano ("we", "us") uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with you. It applies to all SMS sent by Intranano and its brands, and supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (for example, by submitting a contact form with the SMS consent box checked, or by texting us), you agree to receive SMS messages from Intranano relating to your inquiry, customer support, order or shipping updates, account notifications, and — if you separately opt in — marketing and promotions.

Consent

By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized to opt that number in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the program you opted into.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Intranano is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

Opt-out — STOP

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Compatible with major mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through SMS is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
